Estrategia psicopedagógica de formación continua, dirigida al tratamiento del componente psicológico (original)

One of the problems that focus the attention of the scientific community and the INDER is the preparation of the trainers to offer treatment to the psychological component in athletes, as well as in the sport training as in competitions, independently of the existence of a psychologist in that environment. Paying attention to that necessary demand and with the use of the methodology of the science, a psychopedagogical strategy is conceived for these ends. It contributes to the resultant conception of a model of the process of continuous education for treating the psychological component for sport trainers and starting from there, was derived the strategy in question, it offered the results that denote the importance of this work and its contribution to the improvement of the professionalism of this important human potential whose work synthesizes the competitive results.Una de las problemáticas que centra la atención de la comunidad científica y del INDER es la preparación de los entrenadores para ofrecer tratamiento al componente psicológico en los atletas, tanto en el entrenamiento deportivo como en competencias, independientemente de la existencia de un psicólogo en ese entorno. Prestando atención a ese reclamo necesario y con la utilización de la metodología de la ciencia, se concibe una estrategia psicopedagógica para dichos fines. Ello aporta la concepción de un modelo del proceso de formación continua para el tratamiento del componente psicológico por el entrenador deportivo y a partir de ahí, se derivó la estrategia, la que brindó resultados que denotan la importancia de este trabajo y su contribución a la elevación de la profesionalidad de este importante potencial humano, cuya labor sintetiza los resultados competitivos
