The main purpose of this article is to investigate the Mexican civil society participation in works before intergovernmental organizations such as the United Nations Organization (UN) and the Organization of American States (OAS). The author conducts analysis of different types and categories of civil society organizations (CSOs) and nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) and supports these considerations by, inter alia, self-prepared statistical data.
