Aprendizagem organizacional em indústrias moveleiras nas regiões fronteira noroeste e celeiro/rs

This work embraces an investigation through a central topic in organizations, the organizational learning, fed by a qualitative research, in the furniture industries on the Northwest border and Celeiro regions/RS integrating the Productive Extension and Innovation Program, which aims to fortify the production chain, by giving the opportunity to access the knowledge, the innovative management on the productive process, while seeking permanent quality, productivity and development. This work aims to present the characterization of the companies, from the project’s database, from the extensionist experience on the organizations. By the light of this study’s object, the field research, big challenges to operationalize the learning on the organizations are noticed, due to its complexity and subjectivity at the perspective of changes, evolution and continuum development of knowledge. The analysis of the operational processes allows to highlight certain fragilities on the actions toward the learning and management of the innovation on the studied organizations, by systemizing and outlining the structuring of rules, procedures, software acquisition, website creation, market study and interaction between different organization areas, to amplify the effectiveness, optimizing the innovation culture and the organizational learning in a highly competitive environment.O trabalho abarca uma investigação diante de um tema central em organizações, a aprendizagem organizacional, alimentado por uma pesquisa qualitativa, nas indústrias moveleiras na Região Fronteira Noroeste e Celeiro/RS que integram o Projeto Extensão Produtiva e Inovação, que tem como objetivo fortalecer a cadeia produtiva, ao oportunizar o acesso ao conhecimento, à gestão da inovação no processo produtivo, mediante a busca da qualidade, produtividade e o desenvolvimento permanente. Busca-se apresentar a caracterização das empresas, a partir do banco de dados do Projeto, da vivência extensionista nas organizações. À luz do objeto de estudo, da pesquisa em campo, consta-se grandes desafios para operacionalizar o aprendizado nas organizações, devido a sua complexidade e subjetividade diante das perspectivas de mudanças, evolução e desenvolvimento contínuo do conhecimento. A análise dos processos operacionais permite evidenciar certa fragilidade das ações voltadas à aprendizagem e gestão da inovação nas organizações investigadas, ao sistematizar e delinear a estruturação de regras, procedimentos, aquisição de softwares, criação de sites, pesquisas de mercado e interação entre as diversas áreas da organização, para ampliar a efetividade, potencializando a cultura da inovação e a aprendizagem organizacional em um ambiente altamente competitivo
