Acuñaciones de oro en Castilla-León durante la segunda mitad del siglo XIII: Alfonso X (1252-1284) y Sancho IV (1284-1295)

The following work focuses on the cataloging of the various gold coins issued by kings Alfonso X and Sancho IV between 1252 and 1295 A.D. The gold coins were minted in two different formats, with noticeable differences in the written Latin text surrounding the cross on their reverses and in the designs engraved on them. This dissertation attempts to fill the historical and numismatic gaps of information regarding the issuing of gold coins during the thirteenth century in Spain.Estudio de catalogación de los diferentes monedas áureas emitidos por el rey Alfonso X y Sancho IV entre los años 1252 a 1295 d.C. Se labraron con dos formatos diferentes, con varias diferencias en el texto escrito en latín que rodea a la cruz del reverso de las dos tipologías, y los diseños grabados en ellos. Este trabajo monográfico intenta cubrir el hueco histórico y numismático relativo a las emisiones monetarias en oro del siglo XIII en España.
