The objective of this article is to identify the regression model derived from the evaluation of teachers' performance and to determine its impact as a predictor of the academic achievement of medical school students. A descriptive, predictive, transversal study of teacher evaluations was carried out through OPINEST2011, with reliability of .99, explained variance of 70.8%, an adjustment in AFC of NFI of .92 and RMSA of .064. A compilation was made of 2,091 applied records that were analyzed through multiple regression in terms of students' final achievement; a model was obtained, represented by Z'y=.107Zx1+.143Zx2+.183Zx3+.058Zx4+.084Zx5+.098Zx6 which predicts 41% of this achievement.
