The aim of this study was investigation the effect of product market Power and industry structure on firms’ stock market liquidity. Therefore, financial data of 154 firms were studied during 2010-2015. Levin, Lin & Chu test was used to determine the reliability of research variables, and also multiple regression analysis was used to determine the relationship between the dependent and independent variables. F-Limer test was used to select the panel data model versus panel data. Research results showed the negative and significant relationship between product market power and stock market liquidity. In addition, there is a positive and significant relationship between industry structure and stock market liquidity
