.ABSTRACTIntroduction: in the stomach can cause diseases ranging from inflammatory lesions reactive to neoplastic processes. In the world gastric cancer ranks fourth in frequency for both genders. Because of the close relationship of chronic gastritis with adenocarcinoma, it isnecessary to perform further studies to estimate the distribution of different gastric diseases related to this neoplasm.
