As a result of their Strategy «One Belt One Road», China appears as an emergent actor in the international political arena. Since 2013, China has been changing its approach to Africa and expanding its security footprints. There are key indicators confirming this movement, such as the deployment of combat troops, for the first time, in Mali and South Sudan serving under the United Nations banner and the decision to build his first military base abroad in Djibouti.
