The purpose of this study was to determine the efficacy of copper as an alternative treatment for bovine papilomatosis, in comparison to two standard treatments. Forty female cross-bred, dual-purpose bovines with cutaneous papilomatosis, between the ages of 3 to 72 months, raised in pasture in the center, North and East of the department of Cauca were studied. Only animals that had not previously received other treatments for papilomatosis were included in this study.
