In this research paper, a questionnaire of attitudes towards people with disabilities was applied in a sample of five careers at the Universidad del Bio-Bio, in Chile, where disabled people are currently studying. This questionnaire was constructed by Verdugo, Jenaro and Arias (1997). We found that there is a fairly high level of student contact in the sample with disabled people (62%), and the frequency of contact is mostly sporadic (38%). While the total valuation of the sample participants showed an average valoration of 182 (maximun of 222) that is judged as well.
