This article determine the journalists perception in four Latin American countries (Chile, Mexico, Ecuador and Colombia) about university education and their level of satisfaction with this process, including technical, theoretical and practical aspects. 160 interviews were held for active journalists of the subgroups (40 per country and 10 on each media: newspapers, radio, television, cybermedia).
