The internationalization of enterprises is based on development of advantages of ownership, location and internalization, wielded by Dunning through the OLI paradigm. Latin American companies, have not been able to develop sufficient advantages and most of which remain anchored to the exportstage. In comparison, the Chinese multinationals show a dizzying expansion.
