The project described in this paper is the first part of the research conducted by MAGMA Engineering research team of the electronic engineering program at Universidad del Magdalena, Colombia, whose main research subject was quality control of process in the Centro Acuícola y Pesquero at this university through the determination of impedance patterns in fish in its early post-mortem phase to detect impedance levels of a species in decomposition or with a high level of tissue damage.
