Objective: to generate a dialogue about Occupational Therapy, with occupational therapists and people with functional diversity users of services, that allows to reflect on the forms of subjectivation and governmentality present in this discipline. Method: it was based on ethnography and narrative productions with occupational therapists and users of occupational therapy services, from different fields of intervention, in the Spanish context. Results: are grouped around the categories of ethical and political recognition of functional diversity, interdependence, politics and community social perspective.
