Musical activity shares many characteristics with Intercultural Education, especially in what concerns organizing the participation of students (in groups), the type of working relationship between them (cooperative and collaborative), the collective sentiment promoted by their activities, contributing to unite them... Therefore, although in musical activity we are able to distinguish different stages of the performed work (singing, movement, improvisation, interpretation, and hearing) that can be adjusted in various ways to the interculturalism promoted by current legislation, the auditory educational work of certain songs is more able to promote intercultural values in the students.
