This paper reviews some features of student-teacher interaction in the teaching-learning and its implications in the same process. It con- siders motivational processes and elements involved as emotions, feelings, self-esteem that part in that process.The studies analyzed show that the pedagogical flexibility and perceptions of students regarding their learning are factors that determine the student-teacher interaction. The research results reveal considered the relevance of school context as a social group and communica- tion between the student and the teacher as the educational context is the space where they live, interact, exchange impressions the stu- dent and the teacher.
