Trabajo Social y Elección Ocupacional: Validación de un instrumento de análisis socio-cultural y motivacional de estudiantes de Trabajo Social en Argentina y

The article presents the results of an investigation aimed to constructing and validating a measurement instrument that allows to know the common and different characteristics of the socio-economic-cultural and motivational profile, the expectations and professional scope of the role and the personality styles inherent to the Professional practice of the students that have access to the University degree of Social Work. In order to obtain the maximum validity of the instrument and its subsequent international projection in its application and results, the research has been carried out in the degree courses of Social Work in two university centers of two different countries: Faculty of Social Work of the University Of Murcia (Spain) and Faculty of Health Sciences and Social Work of the National University of Mar del Plata (Argentina). The research universe has been the first year of the course, involving a total of 230 students from both universities through the administration of a questionnaire that was later analyzed in order to compare the information obtained linked to study objectives. The results of the research have made it possible to have a coherent, validated and reliable instrument for the knowledge of the mentioned variables from an international comparative perspective.El artículo presenta los resultados de una investigación orientada a construir y validar un instrumento de medida que permita conocer las características comunes y diferentes del perfil socio-económico-cultural y motivacional, las expectativas yalcances profesionales del rol y los estilos de personalidad inherentes a la práctica profesional de los estudiantes que acceden a la titulación universitaria de Trabajo Social. Con el fin de conseguir la máxima validez del instrumento y su posterior proyección internacional en su aplicación y resultados, la investigación ha sido realizada en las carreras de grado en Trabajo Social en dos centros universitarios de dos países diferentes: Facultad de Trabajo Social de la Universidad de Murcia (España) y Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud y Trabajo Social de la Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata (Argentina). El universo de la investigación ha sido el estudiantado ingresante al primer curso de la carrera, participando un total de 230 estudiantes de ambas universidades mediante la administración de un cuestionario que posteriormente fue analizado en orden a la contrastación de la información obtenida vinculada a objetivos e estudio. Los resultados de la investigación han permitido disponer de un instrumento coherente, validado y fiable para el conocimiento de las variables mencionadas desde una perspectiva internacional comparada
