Improving organizational performance is a constant in companies that looking to be competitive and the use of management tools takes great relevance to improve performance. The aim of this research is to analyze the effects of implementing the Balanced Scorecard on the performance of the company All Natural & Organic, considering the development of strategies and planning, made possible, by the use of the tool.
