Due to the importance that quality measurement requires in tourism, a research project is executed aiming to give an operative character and to model the concept “perceived quality from the hotel service”, parting from the approach to the process, applying the EVALPROC model. A validation strategy for the used tools was made through descriptive statistic, consulting experts, and the analysis-synthesis method. The results showed the existing relationship between the stages of the model. The principle stating that the quality is within the processes was proved.
