The history of Latin American societies since their beginnings has been marked by popular revolts. It is a history written the majority of the time with violence which claims the right to life. It is the history of a community that refuses and resists the loss of its spaces. It has always been this way, but it is now time to change the present for a future with authentic justice. The new millennium arrived with ideologies of globalization and a common market, with social exclusion and economic crisis. We must react as one people in the face of this reality, end for this it is necessary to awaken and get organized in our cultural units for the purpose of defeating this voracious neo-liberal capitalism.La historia de las sociedades latinoamericanas, desde sus inicios, ha estado marcada por las luchas populares. Es una historia escrita la más de las veces con la violencia que reclama el derecho a la vida. Es la historia de unos colectivos que se niegan, se resisten, a perder sus espacios. Siempre ha sido de esta manera, pero ya es tiempo de cambiar el presente por un futuro de auténtica justicia. El nuevo Milenio nos recibe con las ideologías de la globalización y del mercado único, con la exclusión social y la crisis económica; debemos reaccionar como un solo pueblo frente a esto, y para eso es necesario despertar y organizarnos desde nuestras unidades culturales a fin de vencer la voracidad del capitalismo neoliberal
