Digresiones en torno al trialismo jurídico y al paradigma neoconstitucional

Recognizing that the social dynamic which necessarily permeates the different visions of the Law and to appoint the relevant elements distinguishing or making them even more confusing due to the variety of topics and different postures of the doctrine, constitute the main motivation of the present paper. To find in the end no nevertheless the mixture of ideologies, theories or methods, evidence an unconcealed transformations of contemporary Law; some of this modifications just approximated by the analysis and the research, allows us to conclude that a fruitful field of reflection and debate invites jurists, legal operators and academy in general to deepen its study.Reconocer la dinámica social que impregna necesariamente las distintas visiones del derecho yconsignar los elementos relevantes que los distinguen o que los hacen todavía más confusos, por lavariedad de tópicos y por las diversas posturas de la doctrina, constituyen la motivación del presenteescrito.
