Organizational Learning and Leadership The article presents a study on the development of the leadership starting from the boarding of the organizational learning, focusing the learning of adults and the managerial development. In this context, one of the challenges to face refers to the identification and the explicitación of the tacit knowledge, starting from the recognition of the paper of the learning processes and of leadership to face it.
