This paper explains the results of a research on the use of technologic resources at the initial level of education, and describes the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) in a group of pre-school institutions in the metropolitan area of Caracas, Venezuela. The study is of the exploratory-descriptive type, while the data collection methodology consisted of interviews to various participants in the activity: Teachers, heads of school and technology classroom tutors. A parallel documentary research was conducted on the use of ICTs at pre-school education centers internationally.
