In this work we expose the use of an electronic portfolio for the evaluation of basic competences in Primary Education through personalized goals; this assessment measures the students’ level of acquisition in such skills/competences. Therefore this acquisition will be more effectively realized through the adaptation of content to the user profile and the integration of personal goals.
