Reinserción social de jóvenes egresados de penitenciaría

The research deals with the current problems of social rehabilitation of young people released from penitentiary. Starting with the most advanced programs of Cuban Pedagogy and Psychology, an educational and differentiate treatment for young people is carried out, considering the special conditions in which they comply their sentence. Once they are released and reintegrate to society the fulfilled efforts are lost, because of the lack of orientation in the community to continue with the process started in imprisonment. The work was aimed at elaborating a system of activities that should be accomplished by the agents and community members, starting from the use of empirical methods and then the diagnostic results. The system of activities was validated and their effectiveness was also corroborated by the results obtained after the use of such activities. The system of activities increased the young people reinsertion levels and provided the community agents with a mean to achieve the planned objective.El presente trabajo abordó la problemática que existe con la reinserción social de los jóvenes que egresan de las penitenciarias, si bien es cierto que basados en los más avanzados programas de la Pedagogía y la Psicología cubana se realiza un tratamiento educativo diferenciado para estos, desde las condiciones especiales en que cumplen sus sanciones, una vez que egresan y se reincorporan a la sociedad todos los esfuerzos realizados se pierden por la poca orientación que tiene la comunidad para dar continuidad al proceso iniciado en reclusión. Con el fin de encontrar solución a esta problemática, se aplicó instrumentos que nos permitieron emitir un diagnóstico en la investigación, diseñando un sistema de actividades a cumplir por los agentes y factores comunitarios, corroborándose la efectividad del mismo que permitió elevar los índices de reinserción de los jóvenes y proporcionar a los agentes comunitarios un instrumento para la acción en función de los objetivos trazados
