In vitro culture techniques have been used to study the effect of the combination of benzyladenine (BA) and brassinolide (BL), two plant growth regulators, in the formation and adventitious shoot elongation of raspberry (Rubus idaeus L.). Rooting of regenerated shoots both in vitro and ex vitro conditions were evaluated. Three selections of raspberry, UMC-702 UMC-706 and UMC-708, generated from a breeding program at the Faculty ofAgrobiology, were selected to conduct this research.
