In this paper one wants to investigate the posibilities that, from queer studies and queer theory, have been opened in relation to some cuestions like gender and sex bodies. In this sense, and following some of the most representative voices of saying movement, this work will be divided in two parts: the introduction, in wich one will analyze these interesting aspects of queer theory to deal with the second part, focused on the analysis of one Copi’s brief novel, The war of bent, in wich one observes the literatutization of some of the hypothesis studied by queer movement.
