Reaprendiendo el amor a la vida: Estudio fenomenológico en beneficiarios del Centro del Adulto Mayor

The purpose of this cualitative phenomenalic study was to interpret the lifestyle of elderly people. Ten old people of both sex who regularly attend to the Centro del Adulto Mayor (CAM) ESSALUD - Huaraz were interviewed. The categories that came up during the studies are: Temporal-spatial adjustment in family, lonesliness perception, Vitality/force perception, linking the past, present and future, modulating the familiy-social stage, reaffirming the family-social commitment and relearning love of life. These categories allow to approach to the perception that people have about how they live the stage of elderadults, with the purpose to have in count these perceptions in the moment to make decision in order to create programs to nurseness attention, it would allow to improve the health benefits that day by day we give to this populational group.El propósito del presente estudio cualitativo fenomenológico fue interpretar la vivencia de ser adulto mayor. Se entrevistaron a diez adultos mayores de ambos sexos, que asisten regularmente al Centro del Adulto Mayor (CAM) ESSALUD - Huaraz. Las categorías que emergierondel estudio fueron: ajuste témporo-espacial en la vida familiar; percepción de soledad; percepción de fuerza/vitalidad; articulando pasado, presente y futuro; modulando la socialización familiar-social; reafirmando el compromiso familiar-social y reaprendiendo el amor a la vida. Estas categorías permiten aproximarnos a la percepción que tienen las personas acerca de cómo vivencian la etapa de adulto mayor, con la finalidad de tener en cuenta dichas percepciones en el momento de crear programas de atención de Enfermería, lo cual permitirá mejorar las prestaciones de salud que se dan día a día a este grupo poblacional
