Implementación de una guía para favorecer movimiento de hiodes y ascenso laríngeo en disfagia faríngea severa: estudio de caso

The dysphagia is a major sequelae underlying events cerebrovascular, and within these the most difficult to diagnose are pharyngeal dysphagia , since they require large clinical expertise by the speech therapist at the time to evaluate and support Exam dynamic to give a true diagnosis. The involvement of pharyngeal dysphagia requires extensive neuro and structural understanding of the mechanism of swallowing and thus structure the plan in a timely and effective rehabilitationintervention. The objective of this case study is to show the results of a rehabilitation method to promote laryngeal elevation and hyoid movement in pharyngeal swallowing disorders, weakness and possible movement of hyoid cricopharyngeal dysfunction and / or low Superior Esophageal Sphincter opening. The progress report is presented and rehabilitation. The initial state is described phonoaudiological valuation through a subjective and objective assessment supported by adynamic test ( cine- swallowing ) , the implementation of the guideline , evolution and finally the general conclusions of the implemented techniques. Las disfagias son una de las principales secuelas que subyacen a eventos cerebro vasculares, y dentro de estas las más difíciles de diagnosticar son las disfagias faríngeas, puesto que requieren de gran experticia clínica por parte del fonoaudiólogo en el momento de evaluar y el apoyo de exámenes dinámicos para dar un diagnóstico verídico. La intervención de las disfagias faríngeas requieren de amplio conocimiento neurofuncional y estructural del mecanismo de la deglución y así estructurar el plan de intervención oportuno y eficaz para la rehabilitación. El objetivo de este estudio de caso es mostrar los resultados de un método de rehabilitación para favorecer ascenso laríngeo y movimiento de hioides en trastornos deglutorios faríngeos, debilidad de movimiento de hioides y posible disfunción cricofaríngea y/o baja apertura de Esfínter Esofágico Superior (EES). Se presenta el informe del avance y rehabilitación. Se describe el estado inicial, la valoración fonoaudiológica por medio de una valoración subjetiva y objetiva apoyada por un examen dinámico (cine-deglución), la implementación de la guía, la evolución y finalmente las conclusiones generales de las técnicas implementadas.
