This paper addresses the training of future teachers of secondary and high schools in the subject "Complementary Training: Music" in the Master's Degree in Teacher Training in Secondary Education, and Training School at the University of Oviedo. It begins with an analysis of the characteristics of the teaching-learning process in the music room of Secondary Education in different centers of Asturias.
