La transformación del concepto de seguridad nacional en México 

In recent years, but probably from the growth of the international scourge of drug trafficking and its related crimes, the concept of national security in our country has been suffering from profound transformations both in its content and in its application, without that, to date, unfortunately there is an idea or several ideas concrete on what should be the content and scope of the concept of national security and its correspondence with the higher interests of Mexico. The present research since then has to return to the concept of national security since the emergence of the United States of America and the Soviet Union as the two super powers in the international system emanated from the San Francisco Conference, but primarily of confrontation East-WestEn los últimos años, pero probablemente a partir del crecimiento del flagelo internacional del narcotráfico y de sus delitos conexos, el concepto de seguridad nacional en nuestro país ha venido sufriendo profundas transformaciones tanto en su contenido como en su aplicación, sin que hasta la fecha, lamentablemente, exista una sola o varias ideas concretas sobre cuál debe ser el contenido y el alcance del concepto de seguridad nacional y de su correspondencia con los más altos intereses de México. La presente investigación retoma el concepto de seguridad nacional a partir del surgimiento de los Estados Unidos de América y de la Unión Soviética como las dos superpotencias del sistema internacional emanado de la Conferencia de San Francisco, pero fundamentalmente de la confrontación Este-Oest
