The present article shows findings of an investigation which objective was to know the conception of the human management in the companies of the municipality of Arauca from the perspective of the managers of human talent, by means of the application of a methodology of mixed investigation, considering that this investigation gathers, analyzes and links quantitative and qualitative data, for which were used as instruments, a structured type survey and the participation of focal groups.
