Concepción de la gestión humana en las organizaciones del municipio de Arauca desde la perspectiva de los gerentes

The present article shows findings of an investigation which objective was to know the conception of the human management in the companies of the municipality of Arauca from the perspective of the managers of human talent, by means of the application of a methodology of mixed investigation, considering that this investigation gathers, analyzes and links quantitative and qualitative data, for which were used as instruments, a structured type survey and the participation of focal groups. In the same way, it was developed by means of a descriptive study which purpose was to know and define aspects related with conception and the importance of the human management in public and private enterprises of the municipality of Arauca. Some of the findings reflect that managers regard the human management as backup elements that allows strengthening to their companies, becoming evident the favorable perception in connection with this administrative tool.El presente texto expone los resultados de una investigación que se planteó como objetivo conocer la concepción de la gestión humana en las empresas del municipio de Arauca, en cuanto a la perspectiva de los gerentes de talento humano. Se utilizó una metodología de investigación mixta, teniendo en cuenta que recolecta, analiza y vincula datos cuantitativos y cualitativos, para la cual se recurrió como instrumento una encuesta de tipo estructurada y la participación de grupos focales. Del mismo modo, se desarrolló un estudio descriptivo cuyo propósito fue conocer y definir aspectos relacionados con la concepción y la importancia de la gestión humana en empresas públicas y privadas del municipio de Arauca. Algunas de las conclusiones reflejan que los gerentes consideran la gestión humana como elementos de apoyo, que permite fortalecer su empresa, evidenciándose la favorable percepción en torno a esta herramienta administrativa
