Denuncias Y Querellas Electrónicas En El Codigo De Procedimientos Penales Del Distrito Federal

In 2008, reforming the Penal Code of the Federal District Adjective order to streamline the administration of justice with complaints over the Internet, throughout this article is a brief analysis of this reform and it is shown that this way of putting in knowledge of the crimes authority is not so novel, as in other part of Mexico there; shows the interest of the authority to implement changes and to break the paradigms of the legal forms in criminal use of technology, especially informatics. Palabras Clave: Denuncia electrónica, reforma legal, tecnología, justicia ágil y cultura de la denuncia.En 2008 se reforma el Código Adjetivo Penal del Distrito Federal con el propósito de eficientar la procuración de justicia con denuncias por Internet, a lo largo de este artículo se expone un breve análisis sobre esta reforma y se pone de manifiesto que esta forma de poner en conocimiento de la autoridad los delitos no resulta tan novedosa, ya que en otros estados de la República Mexicana ya existe; lo anterior es muestra del interés de la autoridad por implementar cambios y de romper los paradigmas de las formas jurídicas en materia penal sirviéndose de la tecnología, especialmente la informática.
