The general objective of this research, carried out in Granada (Spain), consist in analyzing the conceptions and knowledge of Spanish Language and Literature teachers at secondary education level on oral comprehension teaching to try to find the explanation to the fact that oral skills are been studied much less than written ones and, in future work, to establish its implications for the educational action. The empirical research presented is a cases study of a qualitative nature in which the clinical interview is used as a data collection instrument, data will be organized in coded meta-categories for its subsequent analysis.
