Within this article, a previous article presented the identification and quantification of populations of plant parasitic nematodes associated with papaya (Carica papaya L.) in Colima, Mexico. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between soil factors (texture, organic matter content, electrical conductivity and pH) and populations of plant parasitic nematodes in papaya in Colima, Mexico.
