Formación de ejidos en los pueblos de Yucatán, 1870-1909

Entre 1841 y 1870, el gobierno local de Yucatán, y aun el federal, expidieron leyes, acuerdos, y circulares que ordenaban la delimitación de los ejidos en los pueblos. Este Artículo de investigación examina la imposición de esta estructura agraria durante el proceso privatizador de la tierra impulsado por los gobiernos liberales del siglo xix y, al mismo tiempo, estudia la respuesta de la población rural frente a la delimitación de los ejidos.Between 1841 and 1870, the federal government of Mexico and the local government of Yucatan, issued a body of laws, resolutions and circulars that regulated the ejido limits in the towns of Yucatan. This Research Article studies the enforcement of this agrary structure, during the process of land privatization carried out by the liberal governments of the nineteen century, and the social reaction of the rural population about the ejido formation
