The main objective of this study was to analyze the perception of soccer pre-service coaches about training activities that promote skills acquisition of soccer players. 76 pre-service coaches participated (M age = 24.6 years old). This perception was assessed through a valid questionnaire used in previous studies whose results show that for these pre-service coaches, the best activity to improve performance are competition matches. This result highlight highlights the need to develop training activities simulating competition requirements. Also it was found that exist a great relationship between effort and concentration required in training activities to contribute to the athletes performance.
