Ética en investigación de educación y la Resolución 196/96: una realidad brasileña

This research sets the target to identify the ethical aspects of research in education, considering Resolution 196/96 of the National Health Council concerning guidelines for research in which human beings have. They resorted to conceptual reflection and based on bibliometrics and content analysis used to describe the scientific production of 73 theses and dissertations in a Brazilian university. They found that participants were 2606 that 74% of the studies analyzed were not submitted to the Ethics Committee. It was noted that research in this area do not pose risks to participants, which refers to the importance of building a culture of bioethics in Education, as all research intervention involves risk to the participant, for minor or rare they are, must be provided.Esta investigación se marcó como objetivo identificar los aspectos éticos de las investigaciones en Educación, considerando la Resolución 196/96 del Consejo Nacional de Salud que se refiere a las directrices de investigaciones en las que haya seres humanos. Se recurrió a la reflexión conceptual y se basó en la bibliometría y en el análisis de contenido utilizado para describir la producción científica de 73 tesis y disertaciones en una universidad brasileña. Constataron que fueron 2606 los participantes que el 74% de los trabajos analizados no fueron sometidos al Comité de Ética. Se observó que las investigaciones realizadas en esa área no ofrecen riesgos a los participantes, lo que remite a la relevancia de la construcción de una cultura bioética en Educación, pues toda intervención de investigación conlleva riesgo al participante, por menores o más raros que sean, deben ser previstos
