In this article, we propose to reflect on political culture, Atlantis history and slavery in the Americas. As a basis for empirical testing and demonstration, we discuss the terms of the emergence of a perception and political culture, both among the producers of raw labor and the managers of social wealth. We analyze indications of the perceptions and expectations of the political culture of slaves in the Americas in terms of a movement that is, in many ways, Atlantic, with trans-local meanings for many subjects, characters, structures and dimensions.
