The investigation had as objective to determine the relation between the dimensions of the organizational culture and the labor motivation in an institution of superior education, considering the theoretical exposition of the motivational theory of Frederick Herzberg. A nonexperimental, descriptive investigation was made, of ex-post-facto field, using as instrument.
