Inteligencia ética colectiva: Reto de la eficacia de las organizaciones sociales colaborativas

The aspect that takes the society from the future will depend on the form in which the intellectual, enterprise and political groups respond to the challenges of this period. But there is no doubt that this one is the moment for doing the future, because everything is changing. It is time for the responsible action, that incorporates sociocultural values in the conduction of the public and deprived organizations, from an ethical collective intelligence. It arises from the motivation of the present article, which intends to present/display a theoretical resistance that it invites to the reflection on Ethical Collective Intelligence like challenge of the effectiveness of the colaboratives social organizations. It is demonstrated how in the organizations, the ethical subject crosses its policies, the decisions, the conditions and the relations of work. The ethics for the interest community, is pronounced in the possibilities of choosing and of acting following its conviccions and requires a process of ethical intelligence. It is invited to start up mechanisms of transparency and participation in the search of consensus with respect to the discussion of goals and the work based on competitions, in order to work with an intelligence of the group, able to integrate effective delegation, open communications and to be able distributed.El aspecto que tome la sociedad del futuro dependerá de la forma en que los colectivos intelectuales, empresariales y políticos respondan a los retos de este período. Pero no hay ninguna duda que éste es el momento de hacer el futuro, porque todo está cambiando. Es tiempo para la acción responsable, que incorpore valores socio-culturales en la conducción de las organizaciones públicas y privadas, desde una inteligencia colectiva ética. Surge de la motivación del presente artículo, el cual tiene por objeto presentar un contraste teórico que invite a la reflexión sobre Inteligencia Colectiva Ética como reto de la eficacia de las organizaciones sociales colaborativas. Se evidencia cómo en las organizaciones, el tema ético atraviesa sus políticas, las decisiones, las condiciones y las relaciones de trabajo. La ética para la comunidad de interés, se manifiesta en las posibilidades de elegir y de actuar siguiendo sus convicciones y requiere un proceso de inteligencia ética. Se invita a poner en marcha mecanismos de transparencia y participación en la búsqueda de consenso respecto a la discusión de metas y el trabajo colaborativo basado en competencias, a fin de trabajar con una inteligencia de lo colectivo, capaz de integrar delegación efectiva, comunicaciones abiertas y poder distribuido
