The Educational Reform and the Mass Media: This article is an approach to the need for an ending to the controversy of earlier decades concerning the means of communication and school institutions. In order to mark and encounter vertex between these fundamental practices of social dynamics, it is required to recognize from the beginning the each one these activities is singular and different from one another. This demands modifying some of the notions and conceptions that distinguish the social functions of mass media and school institutions which have supported a confrontation by all means useless and at least extemporary.
