The objective of the article, is the analysis of the use of the technologies of the information and communication for the development of the electronic commerce in the educative sector and, the study of the digital qualification as a formative tool that allows to support the development of the society by means of the acquisition of a digital culture of their citizens. The investigation is descriptive, using the documentary observation, with revision in printed and electronic texts for the analysis of the exposed argumentation.
