La habilitación digital para el desarrollo del comercio electrónico en el sector educativo

The objective of the article, is the analysis of the use of the technologies of the information and communication for the development of the electronic commerce in the educative sector and, the study of the digital qualification as a formative tool that allows to support the development of the society by means of the acquisition of a digital culture of their citizens. The investigation is descriptive, using the documentary observation, with revision in printed and electronic texts for the analysis of the exposed argumentation. One concludes that, because of the impact of the society of the information, it is necessary to analyse the problematic of the social context since the use of the new technologies and its inclusion in the society of the knowledge by means of the digital qualification and in addition, that the electronic commerce offers a valuable collaboration in the benefit of educative services, because it constitutes a modern and an effective way for the generation and transmission of knowledge. It is recommended that the different social actors promote the technologies of the information and communication as necessary tools to collaborate for the development of the people, working jointly in the construction of a technological infrastructure, creating also the required qualification for the democratization in the use of the new technologies.El objetivo del artículo es por una parte, el análisis del uso de las tecnologías de la información y comunicación para el desarrollo del comercio electrónico en el sector educativo y por otra parte, el estudio de la habilitación digital como herramienta formativa que permite apuntalar el desarrollo de la sociedad mediante la adquisición de una cultura digital de sus ciudadanos. La investigación es descriptiva y se utiliza la técnica de la observación documental con revisión de textos impresos y electrónicos para el análisis de las argumentaciones expuestas. Se concluye que, debido al impacto de la sociedad de la información, se hace necesario analizar la problemática de los entornos sociales ante el uso de las nuevas tecnologías y su inclusión ante la sociedad del conocimiento mediante la habilitación digital y además, que el comercio electrónico ofrece una valiosa colaboración en la prestación de servicios educativos, debido a que constituye una moderna y efectiva vía para la generación y transmisión de conocimientos. Se recomienda que los diferentes actores sociales promocionen las tecnologías de la información y comunicación como herramientas necesarias para colaborar con el desarrollo de los pueblos, trabajando mancomunadamente en la dotación de una infraestructura tecnológica, creando así mismo el entorno habilitador requerido a objeto de democratizar el uso de las nuevas tecnologías
