In this article the notion of sovereignty is analyzed to try to understand if human rights can represent a limit for sovereignty in contemporary juridical classifications, inside modern �State Parties� (Parteienstaat). The conclusion is that human rights cannot become the brakes that hold back the evolution of juridical systems.
