Una década de la Tarjeta Idendidad de Menores (TIM)

The Identification Card of the people differs from their right to identity in itself; both are closely related and the first one validates, directly and immediately, before the community, the second one. This article offers a series of reflections surrounding the right to have a name and the concept of identity.
