The teacher training institutions are neither immune to globalization, nor cease to be affected by the increased number of immigrant students, as the plurality involving their presence in the classroom demands an appropriate response from the education system. In this context, it makes sense to ask ourselves about the degree of penetration of an intercultural perspective among teachers.
