Abstract

We present the case of a 53-year-old woman with a two years history of intermittent holocranial headache, moderate intensity that was attenuated with paracetamol, went to the emergency service because she presented hemiparesis with inability to walk, followed by tonic-clonic seizure and posterior confusional state. Neuroimaging studies revealed intra axial supratentorial homogeneous lesion, well-defined borders, located in the right frontoparietal region with minimal perilesional edema with cystic component, producing mass effect in the ipsilateral ventricular system, performing the histopathological diagnosis of Astroblastoma.
