Imaginarios Sociales del Alcohol en la Poesía chilena, 1950 - 1970

While in medical, legal, politic and economic discourse, alcohol figures as problem, illness, death and poverty, along the history of Chile the production and consumption of alcohol have been notorious worldwide. In search of an explanation to this phenomenon, this writing seeks to revise and explicit the relations in which alcohol appears in Chilean poetry, taking into account the sociopolitical and economic context of poetic production. Through the ideas of logic of magmas and harmony, we show poetry anti-instituting the sense and the processes of marginalization and isolation, characteristics of the studied period, through the construction of a poetic image of alcohol remote to the negative connotations, previously shown. Finally, we reflect on the anti-instituting capacity in the field of common sense.Mientras que en el discurso médico, legal, político y económico, el alcohol figura como problema, enfermedad, muerte y pobreza, a lo largo de la historia de Chile la producción y el consumo alcohólico han sido notorios a nivel mundial. En busca de una explicación a este fenómeno, este escrito pretende revisar y explicitar las relaciones en que figura el alcohol en la poesía chilena, teniendo en consideración el contexto sociopolítico y económico de producción poética. Mediante la idea de una lógica de magma, y de armonía, se muestra a la poesía como contrainstituyendo el sentido y los procesos de marginación y aislamiento característicos del periodo estudiado a través de la construcción de una imagen poética del alcohol distante de las connotaciones negativas anteriormente señaladas. Finalmente, se reflexiona sobre la capacidad contrainstituyente en el campo del sentido común
