Law, including criminal law, has already reached outer space. This paper discusses how can we identify a criminal jurisdiction in outer space, which is an area exempt from all State sovereignty. It also analyzes the criminal rules contained in the Inter-Governmental Agreement on the ISS, as well as the ISS Crew Code of Conduct.
