Cumplimiento de Medidas de Rehabilitación ordenadas en sentencias de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos por parte del Estado Colombiano.

Compliance with the orders handed down in the judgments of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, the primary intended against the declaration of liability for violation of human rights of an American State. The implementation of the execution of reparative measures by the responsible State, is subjected to a process of negotiation of these, which in most cases is the main obstacle to the measures are not implemented despite the state will for doing so. In this article the process of coordination of health rehabilitation measure implemented by the Colombian State and the Representatives of Victims against decisions handed down by the Corte IHR, and the compliance status of this measure will be discussed.El cumplimiento de las órdenes proferidas en las sentencias de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos constituye el fin primordial frente a la declaración de responsabilidad por violación de derechos humanos de un Estado americano. La puesta en práctica de la ejecución de las medidas reparativas por el Estado responsable está sometida a un proceso de concertación de éstas, el cual, en la mayoría de casos, constituye el obstáculo principal para que las medidas no sean implementadas a pesar de la voluntad estatal de hacerlo. En el presente artículo se analizará el proceso de concertación de la medida de rehabilitación en salud implementado por el Estado Colombiano y los Representantes de Víctimas frente a las sentencias proferidas por la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos y el estado de cumplimiento de dicha medida
